CEVVE 2025 invites experts, researchers, and practitioners to submit proposals for Sessions, Special Sessions, Tracks, Symposiums, Forums, Workshops, Tutorials, and Exhibitions that are aligned with the themes of the conference. This is an excellent opportunity to share knowledge, stimulate discussions, and contribute to the broader exchange of ideas in the field of Electric Vehicles and Vehicle Engineering Technologies. We encourage proposals that are innovative, engaging, and relevant to current advancements in the industry and academia.
Submission Guidelines
1. Content of Proposal
All potential proposers are invited to complete the proposal form and submit it through the online submission portal available on the CEVVE 2025 conference website. The form will gather essential details about the proposed session, including the session title, keywords, a brief description, organizers, topic coverage, estimated number of attendees, sponsors, and other relevant information.
2. Deadline for Submission
All proposals must be submitted by December 5, 2025. Late submissions will not be considered.
3. Submission Portal
Proposals must be submitted through the online submission portal (click).
Evaluation Criteria
Submitted proposals will be evaluated based on the following criteria.
1. Relevance to the Conference Theme
Proposals should address topics that are of significant interest and relevance to the CEVVE 2025 audience.
2. Clarity and Focus
Proposals should clearly communicate the goals and objectives of the proposed sessions. The content should be well-structured, focused, and achievable within the allotted time frame.
3. Innovation and Originality
We are looking for innovative and original ideas that push the boundaries of current research and practice in the field. Proposals that present new approaches or emerging trends are highly encouraged.
4. Expertise of Organizers
The qualifications and experience of the organizers in the topic area, including their prior involvement in similar sessions or workshops, will be considered in the evaluation.
5. Participant Engagement
Proposals should include interactive elements that engage participants. This could include group discussions, hands-on activities, Q&A sessions, or case studies.
6. Outcomes
Proposals should clearly outline what participants are expected to learn or gain from attending the session. Concrete, measurable outcomes will be given higher priority.
7. Diversity and Inclusion
Proposals that incorporate diverse perspectives, address inclusion in the field, or bring together a variety of viewpoints and voices will be given special consideration.
Important Notes
CEVVE 2025 aims to offer a diverse and enriching experience to all attendees. We encourage a wide range of topics and formats, from traditional sessions to hands-on, interactive workshops.
Proposals that are selected and accepted will be notified within two weeks upon submission. Organizers are expected to finalize session details no later than two months before the conference. Proposals that do not meet the requirements will be desk-rejected.
